Date added: 19/02/2013 Award! Runner's Up in Wearable Glass Category

We headed to other side of the Bay on the 17th February for the annual Festival of Glass which is held in Drysdale. The festival is the only one of its kind in Australia and celebrates all forms of working with glass. This is the second year we have exhibited and once again enjoyed very much meeting up with those living and visiting the Bellarine Peninsula who love glasswork. We were excited to come runner up in the "wearable glass" competition with the piece below and rapt our Mornington Sea Glass exhibit also came runner up in the judges choice for display, quality and knowledge of product. Both fantastic surprises that topped an already incredible day.

Date added: 12/02/2013 Supporting the Dolphin Research Institute

We are passionate about the Bays of Port Phillip and Westernport and the diverse marine life that can be found in the waters surrounding the Mornington Peninsula. We currently support the Dolphin Research Institute of Victoria’s efforts to protect Victoria’s living marine treasures. On our website we keep a tally of the money we have raised from donating a portion of our sales from our Marine Life collection to the Institute’s adopt-a-dolphin program. The money raised from this adopt program goes towards the amazing advocacy, education and research efforts of the Institute.

We are proud to announce we have just made our fourth donation!
