The colours of sea glass always amaze me, no matter where in the world they wash up. Each a unique artifact from the past with its own story to tell. In this case originally brought to life in North East England in the Victorian era by decorative glass makers. Perhaps made into something that got thrown away by bygone generations or maybe nothing more than excess molten glass that got discarded. Whatever the journey, nature certainly breathed new life into this little piece over many years and resurrected it as a true marine treasure x ?
