You are entitled to choose a refund, repair, exchange or credit note if the item you have bought from us:
- has faulty craftsmanship
- is significantly different to those shown or described to you.
Please note, glass breakage and normal wear and tear are not included.
CHANGE OF MIND
While we are not obliged to give a refund if you simply change your mind, it is our belief that we are not happy unless you are, so we will provide you with an exchange item, credit if your original purchase item is returned to us within 10 business days. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged with the original packaging and copy of sales receipt.
We photograph our sea glass outside in natural sunlight so the colour of the sea glass in your gift may vary slightly in an inside setting compared to the photo.
On genuine sea glass you will see small marks and indentations. These reflect the many, many years of being exposed to the sun, waves, rocks and sand. Sea glass is not perfectly smooth and rarely flawless. Treasure this, as it is how you know you have something that is truly old and unique and has been shaped by nature itself.
In the event you need to return your item via post, you will need to cover this cost unless faulty.
